Thank you and we look forward to seeing you all soon

We train at the running track in the Munster Technical University, Bishopstown every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6.45pm to 7.45pm.  Parking is available behind the CIT track.  (€1 per person per night)

We allow athletes who are interested in joining Belgooly AC a maximum of three (3) ‘try-it-out’ weeks (€2 per person per night).  Parents are obliged to stay with their child for these ‘try-it-out’ training sessions.

Note that athletes must be a minimum of 7 years old to join the Club and train at CIT.

We also have training for 5 to 12 year olds in the Colaiste Muire secondary school sports hall in Crosshaven on Wednesday nights. The primary school age group train from 7:00-7:45pm.
Directions…from Crosshaven, take the road for Myrtleville. Just as you climb the hill, you will see a small church on the right (Church of Ireland). Take the right just after it and the road will take you in towards Colaiste Muire and the Sports Hall.

Extra fitness sessions for runners are also available on Sunday morning.  The route changes from week to week but typically we run in either the Ballincollig Regional Park or the UCC Farm in Curraheen, Bishopstown.  Details of the Sunday runs are available from our Coaches.
We also encourage athletes and their families to take part in the ParkRun in Ballincollig Regional park at 9:30am Saturday mornings.
